KIMA implemented a complete medium-voltage solution for a vertical mill in Hanover—from planning and the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to on-site commissioning.
The system includes, among other things, 12 switchgear panels (Siemens NXAIR, 6 kV), state-of-the-art SIPROTEC protection technology, a Siquench arc protection system, and the integration of four transformers. KIMA’s proprietary MVIC solution also ensures centralized control and monitoring of the entire medium-voltage system.
Result: Maximum operational reliability, reliable system protection, and maximum transparency during ongoing operation
