Life cycle management

Sound knowledge of electrical, automation and control technology is essential when purchasing spare parts, making software modifications or carrying out preventative maintenance. It is vital to secure this knowledge and ensure all documentation is always kept fully up to date in order to achieve success.

Continuous data management and back ups: safeguarding and updating the data even after the conclusion of the project

We utilise a comprehensive range of organisational and technical measures to guarantee that knowledge about your system is safeguarded and always kept fully up to date.

Already during the investment phase, we start with the integration of a KIMA service technician into your project team. This ensures that the on-site service team can acquire knowledge about the site and the plant so that they can seamlessly carry out maintenance work and resolve any faults with your plant after it has been commissioned.

Following the conclusion of the project, you will be assigned a KIMA consultant who will be your designated contact person for the entire operational phase of the plant. This consultant can also advise you on any modifications and support you in carrying out diagnostics or plant optimisation via remote access.

Data will still be stored and backed up even after the conclusion of the project. Every change will be saved in the corresponding directory under the latest revision number and backed up on a daily basis.
