Promoting our own young talent!
We especially promote training for young people and believe that it is increasingly important to ensure that our apprentices are provided with a sound base of knowledge and develop practical expertise. Providing all of our employees with further education and training opportunities is also hugely important to us so that we can offer innovative and high-quality products to KIMA’s customers in the long term.
Our close connections with various universities mean we are able to offer many students the opportunity to complete their practical semester and final thesis at our company.
