Successful training in the project environment: DEHNshort and Rittal Power Engineering
Several colleagues from our hardware department successfully completed the intensive training course for the “active arc fault protection system #DEHNshort” from #DEHN, which took place in Herborn in cooperation with #Rittal.
#KIMA is now an officially certified partner for the installation and commissioning of the DEHNshort system in low-voltage switchgear up to 4000 A based on Rittal's #Ri4Power system. The content taught could be applied directly in project management and has significantly contributed to the success of the project. As part of the detailed engineering, our colleagues used the #Rittal Power Engineering Software to plan the switchgear precisely. The specifications were successfully applied and implemented in both mechanical and electrical production.
A joint pre-commissioning with DEHN was carried out in the KIMA workshop. The subsequent on-site installation and final commissioning were also carried out by KIMA.
We are delighted to have demonstrated our expertise in the planning, manufacture, and commissioning of state-of-the-art protection systems with this project and to offer the customer a significant increase in safety in their plant.
