What can KIMA Mill Control (KMC) be used for?

KIMA Mill Control is a digital tool that can handle all of the control tasks in a mill or grinding plant. It provides users with a highly developed batch control system, comprehensive recipe management functions and an individual choice of mass flow controllers.

As the KMC system uses the latest measurement systems and associated control concepts, it can be adapted to create a customised solution for every type of mill. As an automated system, KIMA Mill Control is based on a programmable logic controller (PLC). The PLC carries out the control functions and also manages the recipe and control data. Depending on the specific requirements, the KMC system can be set up on a Siemens ET200S/-SP-CPU, S7 300/400 or S7 1500 controller.
