  • SIMATIC PCS7 CPU 410 redundancy automation with 2 x CPU 410-5H
  • SIMATIC PCS7 CPU 410 single AS as a test and simulation system

Operating and monitoring system:

  • WinCC V7.0
    • WinCC stations for the central operating and monitoring system
    • 1 x Server
    • 3 x Clients
    • 1 x Web client (Data Monitor)
    • PMMaintenance maintenance tool
    • 2 x Operator panels

Bus systems:

  • Connection of around 70 secondary control systems to the S7-400H via Profibus
  • Ethernet:
    • Industrial Ethernet (S7 to WinCC station)

Noteworthy aspects:

  • Management of all transport orders with optimized travel paths by the central control system S7-400 H
  • Logging using WinCC User Archives and Excel evaluations (statistics)
  • Connection of the existing pager system to the alarm system
  • Application and adaptation of the standard software modules for the visualization system and PLC
